REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY


At The Tiny Crate, we want you to be completely happy and satisfied with your purchase. If however you change your mind and decide you no longer wish to keep the products, we will be happy to offer a refund.

Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, unopened and in original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us so we can process your return, proof of purchase will be required.

Shipping and return costs will be paid by you and we will not be held responsible for lost, stolen or damaged return deliveries. Please note - if your order was over $200 and qualified for free delivery, and your return is less than $200; then you will be refunded for the item, less the delivery charge for orders under $200. If you return a total order for refund, the actual delivery cost to send this to you will be deducted from your refund.

Please inspect the products upon arrival. If they have been damaged during transit please contact us within 48 hours with a single photo of the packaging, shipping label and damaged product. Where products are deemed faulty, we will offer a full refund for the product.
